The other thing spacresx pointed out is that you can put the DirectoryIndex FILENAME.EXT directive in .htaccess and add additional index type files. For example, you could use "default.html" instead. Not sure if that was holding you up, but you can do anything you want if that is your preference.

@spacresx was on the right track. You need to do one of two things: 1. Create an index file (index.php, index.html, index.htm). This file will show up as the default if a full file name is not given. 2. Turn on auto index. This is usually not what you want and it is a mild level security issue...

Check you domain settings. You can have http and https go to different directories or the same depending on the setting. It may be looking at the folder private_html

A few users are getting permission errors when trying to select the SSL screen. This also will put the user back on the main page. Please open a new thread if you have this issue so your permissions can be added.

PHP 7.3, 7.4, and 8.0 should be ready on all servers. The servers missing gd and zip extensions should now have these available. Please make backups of your files and databases, and check with your software developer before updating your PHP version. If you have any issues, please let us know.

It doesn't seem like you're being blocked. It appears that your IP address is would normally be blocked as it's not a country that x10 supports, but going back in your history it looks like it has been allowed for a long time. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?
