    If you can see that your files are back but still get a 503 error on your site please post a reply one time in this thread and we'll sort those out as the cause has been identified and can be sorted per account or run as a larger batch if there are several that see that problem at the same time...

    At first glance I see nothing wrong (permissions etc look right), it could be the server just isn't ready to serve the sites yet 503 error does translate to Service Unavailable, so this does seem plausible.

    The public_html folder was in the wrong location (it needs to be /domains/DOMAIN/public_html), I copied the folder to that location and it appears your site currently works.

    Yes, techs are working on restoring the last two servers (x12 and x14), there are full backups so no data loss should occur.

    Yes, files etc will be missing until your server is fully restored. With files missing, the site will give a 404 error (that simply means the file was not found).

    The DNS issues should be sorted, anyone that created an account the last few days and have a domain that gives an error about not resolving should begin to resolve properly fairly soon, if it is not already doing so.
