No, it is a deliberate feature, by having domain creation/adding only in the account panel (x10hosting.com/panel) we can check the domains before allowing them to be added. This stops a lot abuse before it even comes to the server.

I see that you just created the account as well, may I ask what the reason for deletion request is, in case it is something that can be sorted out. If you still want it deleted: Do you want both the forum and hosting account fully deleted, or just the service itself?
