Chat is not supposed to be on the servers, because it takes a lot of MySQL queries to run properly, hence, the reason why you are getting suspended.

Yeah, definately. Be prepared to commit a lot of time if you want to do this. Despite the easyness of Joomla's ACP, it still took me about a month to get everything working with no glitches.

You should be able to get an account. You will have to wait for an admin to come along, and manually create an account for you. Sorry about the wait, but I'm sure someone will be with you soon.

Yes, MySQL is currently down on Stoli, and slow on some of the other servers. Admin are aware of it, and are working to get it fixed. Please be patient. :)

That would be difficult, mainly because google just put ads up that relate to the site they are displayed on, so you'll get a lot of web hosting ads on here-but anyways, who would want to leave x10? It's the best you're gonna get, nomatter what some advertisment says. :)

That would be ideal, but not really realistic. All of the accounts would have to be on one server, and so that would cause high load. Also, that would also cause the problem, that, if apache, say, was to completely fail, all of the accounts would be without http; not just a server's worth.
