In the top right corner you should have an option to switch theme, and can then chose to use cpanel x3, which will have that option for you. Basic, the default theme, made to have as little confusion as possible for those that are not familiar with cpanel itself.

That is something you probably should check with the developers of the script about, as according to their homepage they have not released any newer version, at least not for the free version. Premium version does not show a date so they might have gone to pay only for further updates.
