Free hosting does not allow connecting to mySQL remotely. There was an issue with the mySQL server earlier, which should be sorted now so your databases should be back in cPanel.

all changes to dns, such as changing a domain, can take a while to fully propagate (in worst case scenario it can take as long as 48-72 hours). When I check your account, it says your main domain is sd.x10hosting.com which works just fine for me.
