    if you have wp supercache plugin that one is known to cause high resource usage (basically most cache functions can trigger high resource usage suspension as the content grows). The first step for you would be checking plugins, and disable those you don't really need, excessive usage of plugins...

    Yes, Starka will have a new IP. Due to this it may take a little while before DNS is fully propagated. Last report about starka at http://status.x10hosting.com/ said it was mostly done, but there were some things left that could cause hiccups in the process.
