We are aware of the login issues currently at hand. If you have an error code please paste it in the reply, each code is unique and represents a certain event in the backend.

You did agree to the ToS when you signed up, yet you failed to follow it. The suspension will stand.

What browser are you using? I have previously seen this when older versions of Internet Explorer has been in use. It may also be needed to clear cookies/cache of the browser. However, right now login to the panel does experience some issue/slowness which means I cannot login to check much either.

In DirectAdmin you would need to add the domain (subdomain) you want to connect to our service, either as a separate domain or as a domain pointer. The first option you will find under "Account Management" -> "Domain Setup", this will give the domain its own public_html folder in the location...

I have removed the blacklistning of your IP. It is recommended to always login through the panel, this is also the only login that will count towards keeping the account active. Inside the panel you do have an option to change the DA password though, click the service name for your account...

Unfortunately if you do not have a backup of your own to restore there is currently no option but to start over. The only backups we have are to restore the entire server in case of failure and not feasible to extract one database from easily.

This indicates that you are in a country currently blocked from signing up for a new account. Since you did sign up when it was allowed I have set an exception for your account in the backend and you should now be able to properly log in.
