You would need to change the password on each service respectively, there's no sync done between them. For the FTP, assuming you use the base account, you would change that within the panel. On your dashboard just click on the service name to get to the hosting details, the leftmost button...

You will only be able to do this on a domain you own and have the ability to change the nameservers on. I'm sure CloudFlare have a good guide on how to do it, but basically you create an account over with them if you don't have it already and then tell them what domain you want to utilize this...

There is no current hosting account matched up with the forum account you are posted from. The domain you posted does indeed exist however, attached to a forum account that has the same username as the username for the hosting part, and the email associated with it is a live.com address.
