You need to change it with your domain registrar first. Change the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com

My terrible DSL is the only thing offered, other than using satellite internet, which is way overpriced. AT&T is telling me they aren't really planning on upgrading in the area yet either.:rant2:

There have been many other members with this issue. I haven't seen any announcements made otherwise, so I believe the staff must take care of this issue. I'm going to go ahead and escalate these unless an announcement provides better instructions.

If you need priority support (the X10 800 number directly to admins) and 100% uptime, you would be much happier with paid hosting since it provides these things. There are probably 100's of tickets in the system, one server is down entirely, and multiple other problems on the servers right now...
