This purge was done manually, regardless of package type. We do currently not offer any plans that does not require logins (except premium) which is likely why yours was affected during this purge. Right now however, the whole server appears to have taken a break, head admins are aware of it...

Looks like the account was terminated on December 12th after having been suspended for 21 days. Currently new signups are not accepted due to maintenance work being done, we hope to have that option enabled soon, but I can not currently give a date.

It should have been implemented this week (though it may be with a limited feature set initially), unfortunately I have not had any new eta for when the final bugs would be sorted so it can be implemented. I hope to get some news later today.

The forum account associated with that hosting account is oherpro2 I'll have to run this by head admin as there appears to be a corruption to the backup package I have available. Head admin will have to transfer a working one onto your server before I can restore the account.

Is that the main domain for the account? I can not find it in search though search only takes the main domain as a parameter, which should be the domain you did chose during signup.

Suspensions should be imposed as a first messure, but the login requirement is there regardless so to avoid issues make sure you login regularly.

There is no hosting account associated with your forum account, I do see a previous one that was cancelled by you and then subsequently terminated as requested. That account was terminated June last year as requested.

There's a lot of things that has changed with the new servers. For one you would automatically have been put on php version 7.2 with a default set of features. You can change version (and features) under "Extra Features->Select PHP version". For that to work you would need to check that...
