Resolved Help with creating new domain e-mail address redirection

Would you by any chance be at a workplace/school environment? It is not uncommon for those places to block ports that are normally not needed for access, nothing on the server should prevent your login.

Resolved Help with creating new domain e-mail address redirection

I don't think that is the place you want to use, the first prompt would be about pop3 account. I believe that configuration would be to allow gmail to use your mailserver for sending all emails. I have my gmail configured for swedish, so not exactly sure what the option would be in English...

Resolved Help with creating new domain e-mail address redirection

It is in DirectAdmin. You should not get a timeout on that, the only thing on that button that is still linked with cPanel is the name on it, you would get to directadmin with it though. I'll take a peak on the server.

Resolved Site Down: "Apache functioning normally"

That's not what I see and to my knowledge no one else has had the log miss their login, but they may just not have said anything about it. I will however notify higher ups so they can take a look, though I also know that the whole backend system, which among other things keep track of the...

Resolved Help with creating new domain e-mail address redirection

Email forwarders are not available for free hosting at this time, we can help remove any existing ones however if it would be needed. Best course of action may be to use gmail as your mail handler completely, by setting the mx records accordingly, but since I don't use that option I can...

Resolved Site Down: "Apache functioning normally"

Logins are only counted when you do login on the SSO page at: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login If you go directly to the server, or login through ftp, that is not logged as to keep the account active. During maintenance the automated suspension/terminations has been on hold, this was a manually...

Resolved Site Down: "Apache functioning normally"

We actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days prior to purge (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when...

    Resolved Apache is functioning normally

Looks like the actual redirect come from within wordpress. Wordpress always use the configured domain, so if it is configured with https it will use that and do an internal redirect. See this article for how to change that: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/ I have...

Resolved Apache is running normally issue

I have restored your account. Make sure to login at least once every 30 days to ensure it is kept active, I'd aim for a bit more frequent to be sure though.

Resolved X12 not able to connect to administration (new cpanel)

The IP is not blocked. We do recommend that you login through the portal however, as that is the only thing that counts towards activity on your account (logging in once every 30 days is a requirement for free hosting). Using that will bypass the user/password and use a session based login with...

    Resolved Apache is functioning normally

The account is properly located on the server when I check right now. In your case the problem is related to a redirect to https, the best course of action would be to remove that. You can turn on ssl for the domain and it would load up the site, but you would be using the server cert which...

Resolved 'Apache is functioning normally' and unable to use any admin

Prime was not a one time fee and keep it forever, if I recall right it was something you paid for a year (or maybe a few months) at a time and would have had to be renewed to keep active. The plan has not been offered for a long time, though I have been told that users already on it that kept...
