    Resolved PLEASE HELP :-(

Your IP was blocked due to too many failed login attempts to DirectAdmin. We recommend that you always login through our main login at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

Resolved I can't access my control panel

There is no more cPanel, we now use DirectAdmin. There is a requirement to login every 30 days to keep an account active, failing to do so may result in a termination (deletion) of account. This was the case with your account. The account is restored.

Resolved i can't access my control panel i need help

I have no way to change the way you connect to our servers, you might need to check with your ISP if they by any chance use some proxylike setup.

Resolved Site suddenly displaying "403 Forbidden"

The better option would be to login to Cloudflare, and disable the proxy that way, but still keeping the DNS, as that way we can see in what end the problem lies and what information they have on their name servers, should be a simple switch in their dns manager.

Resolved I can't access my control panel

We actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days prior to purge (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when...

Resolved i can't access my control panel i need help

Would you by any chance use any proxy service? For logins there are two servers in play, one where you login to the SSO page, which then creates a session on the server where your files are located, the DirectAdmin server. These two servers does see different IPs for you, which is why it fails...

Resolved Site suddenly displaying "403 Forbidden"

Why I ask about cloudflare is because on your personal domain (which is the pointer) it gives the error, but the default domain (that should show the same) does not give the error. Those two domains should by all logical show the same content. Could you temporarily take the proxy off from...

Resolved Site suddenly displaying "403 Forbidden"

You have read that we been moving from cPanel to DirectAdmin, right? They do work a bit differently so in some cases that has come up. Do you have an index file (ie index.html, index.php)? If you have a designated landing page with a different name you'll have to tell the server you want that...

    Resolved Account Still Glitching

For direct login, the username would be the same as here on the forums (and same as seen under quickFTP information in the account panel), and the password should be the same as you use for ftp (assuming you don't use a ftp account you created in directadmin or in cpanel earlier). Ideally the...

    Resolved Site can't be reached.

Looks like your account didn't transfer properly, your site still loads from the old server which is why that part is working, but not accessing to admin panel. This means we need to grab the account fresh from old server, lucky they are still online. However this is something I can not do so I...

Resolved Move site from subfolder to root

This should be sorted out, for some reason your domain was pointed to the old server. You may need to flush your dns before you can see the site properly.

Resolved Unable to update password on x13.x10hosting.com

When you login through SSO login it uses a session based login so the password is not really in play between those two. Normally the password for SSO and DirectAdmin would be the same as they should sync, though DirectAdmin does not accept an email as username, the same name as you can see...

Resolved Error message: Sign in Successful ... An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry-

No, this was done as part of the maintenance, going forward there should be a suspension first, and possibly also some reminder email as has been in the past. To avoid further problems I'd suggest logging in a bit more frequently then the required 30 days.

    Resolved Problem with premium hosting

I have zero access to the premium systems unfortunately. Last I checked a ticked would be automatically created if you send an email to support@x10hosting.com from the email associated with the account. She could try that, using that email address should at the very least reach support...

Resolved Error message: Sign in Successful ... An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry-

The original problem was it was terminated as an inactive account since you had not logged in after November 16th. On March 5th we ran terminations on all accounts that had no login activity within 60 days prior, meaning you were by the time for purging was well outside of the window, and even...

    Resolved Apache is functioning normally

Garret was a bit misinformed, the accounts we have backups of, that are easily available was of those that got terminated after having been inactive, they do present some of the same problem you initially had so he thought it was due to that. Yours was however never one of the deleted ones. Of...
