    Secure Access not working?

You are correct, for free hosting ssl is not available (you need a valid certificate for it to display properly, if there isn't one you get that message)

Broken site. Forced redirect to https with invalid certificate.

Your page now loads fine for me, if you still get issues you may need to clear browser cache (or wait for it to expire) SSL should never have been available on the old server either, but we have learnt that one server had it on by mistake for a while.

    Site and management down completely.

Databases should be back to working, we'll keep an eye on it just in case though.

What are FTP parameters with DirectAdmin?

What errors are you getting, if any? I did not find your IP in the firewall so you are not blocked from access.

Server: x13.x10hosting.com DNS not propagating my domain bahr.x10.bz

Found your IP in the firewall due to too many Failed FTP login. I have unblocked your IP. As spacresx said, direct login would be at: https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/ If that fails you please only try once as that would mean your password likely is messed up and I'd need to set you a new one...

Can't access DirectAdmin or Email - "Connection has timed out"

I did find your IP in the firewall. If you still can't login let me know, there has been a few cases where password has gotten mismatched and thus the sso page sends the wrong password. Also if you go for directadmins serveraddress directly you should use the hosting username (same as here on...

    xo6 server migration

There are a couple ways, one is to edit the database using phpmyadmin, making sure siteurl and home is set with http There are file options as well, as outlined in this article: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/ There is no option in the wp_config regarding this by...

    No access to DirectAdmin

I just noticed that you are using Internet Explorer (by the look of the screenshot), and that has been reported to give issues. I did test with my account and I get the same if I user Internet Explorer. Do you have an optional browser to use? I'll see if I can dig up something about the...

You are signing in from Hungary, and unfortunately we are unable to offer free web hosting service

There are actually a lot countries we no longer provide service to for various reasons, however being an old user that shouldn't have affected you so I made a small change which should allow you to bypass the restriction. As for database issue, we're aware and it should be sorted shortly

    xo6 server migration

Your database has been restored. I noticed that your site tries to use https with a redirect that appers to originate in wordpress, unfortunatly apache has a "feature" where it refuses https without a valid certificate so you'd need to make sure wordpress responds on http

    xo6 server migration

This is an interesting one. I have access to phpmyadmin for the old servers so it should be an easy one, however I don't see any databases on that server with your name on it. I even checked all servers and not just the one your account was previously on just in case. I'll have to check with the...

    My Wordpress Site Was Deleted

We do have full backups. Do you need both files and database or just database (the method for it would differ, if you lack both files and database we'll have to re-apply the migration package and I'd have to escalate it to higher ups for that, if you only need database I can sort that as I have...

    Database Restore Required

If you click the name of the database you should be able to add users (and change password for existing ones if needed) Just got word back from admins that max_allowed_packet has now been increased on the new servers to match the old ones, so it shouldn't be a problem to restore to the correct...

    Password mis-matches

The easiest way right now is probably to login to directadmin, then click on your username in the top right corner and change the password to be the same as you use for the sso login page. Eventually we'll have the systems tied together so the passwords get synced, but it appears that...

    Database Restore Required

I did manage to get a copy up to wp_a database, though I did run into the same issue with max allowed packet. I found the exact row that was causing it so I modified that one. The affected row had to do with favicon. I'll have a word with those with better level of access then me about...

    No access to DirectAdmin

are you able to login if you go directly to https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222 same username as here on the forums, same pass as the main login screen, there has been some cases where passwords have ended up a bit messed, so if that still fails I'll likely have to set a new directly on the server...

changes to .html files not reflected

If you get authentication problems when going to ftp and directly to the server it would appear that the password somehow got messed up in the transfer. I'll set you a new one on directadmin and send you a PM with details, but you won't be able to use the automatic login for the time being...

Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.

To get the file list to show in the webbrowser you would need to alter/create .htaccess to include the following line (no quotes): "Options +Indexes" By default directory listings are turned of due to safety.

"Already Exist" problem when trying to add domain.

If it previously was a parked domain it would have been altered to be a domain pointer. Pointers are however rather "dumb" domains and can't hold email addresses for instance. If you need those part you would need to remove it from pointers, take backups of your files just to be safe before...
