    Mysql+join+count

    Count is a really tricky function, as innocuous as it may seem. I'll try to review this more thoroughly later

    php Date()

    Yeah, your method sounds pretty good. I almost always use unix timestamps for everything, so that they can more easily be converted and modified with regular arithmetic

    Mysql+join+count

    Try using DISTINCT. I have a feeling you're getting the same data more than once.

    php Date()

    unix style time stamps (using time() ) would be easier. It returns the number of seconds since the unix epoch (1/1/1970 I believe). There's 3600 seconds in an hour, so you can take time1 - time2 and if it's greater than 3600 more than 1 hour has passed.

    Mail Form needs HTML change ...

    Extremely frequent downtimes in Cossacks.x10

    I've spoken with many of the administrators for the site, and I really don't think they'd create downtime to get people to upgrade to paid hosting :P They really seem to take a lot of pride in x10 and as annoyed as we get as free users, they are just as annoyed. DOWNTIME AGAIN!? What about paid??

    I've spoken to many happy paid members. Paid is 99% guaranteed uptime. If your website is important, which it sounds like yours is, I would think paid would be the only way to go.

    Bandwith Spike and slowness

    Web spiders maybe? Do you have any embedded files that are larger than 1mb on your site? I don't know how a regular html page being ~2kb could be loaded that many times in a day, unless you're google.com :P

    Mail Header check

    It worked for me no problem. Feel free to delete my account (garrettroyce) :) Very very nice site by the way. Maybe a good starting point would be to catch the errors from the mail function and have all of the variables stored in a log.

    Problem with PHP Mail

    You probably need to post the PHP source and not the HTML source, since all the magic is happening behind the scene :P
