For MySQL databases, please go into cPanel and create a new MySQL database, MySQL user and then assign the user to the database. For more information, please see this wiki article:

Could you please try logging out then back in to your cPanel, and then retry your connection to FTP? :)
Just to verify, your FTP host should be your main domain name on Port 21, with your cPanel username and password.

You can either move all the files to your .com, or you can change the Document Root in your Addon Domains to point to your .tk (so they both display the same thing).

You can do this by first configuring WordPress to use your new domain name and then pointing your new addon domain (.com) to the directory where you have installed WordPress. :)

You are likely seeing the difference in files between your cPanel and your domain because you are still logging into the free hosting cPanel rather than the infinitysrv cPanel (so1). ;)
