    An extremely important point I should add is, please please please, don't rely on free hosting for uptime-critical sites. On premium hosting we have a 99.9% uptime guarentee, whereas on free hosting we have had to undergo the migration of tens of thousands of accounts across 3 free hosting servers.

    Hi urtech, In your FTP Accounts section in cPanel, you can set the "Path" of individual FTP accounts. However, by default you can simply login to FTP with your cPanel username and password rather than creating a new FTP account, and that will give you access to your whole home directory. Thanks
