@Scrii - Your IP address was automatically blocked in our firewall for 20 failed FTP logins in just 5 minutes. I have now removed the block, but are you experiencing problems logging into FTP?
@uydental - Are you able to connect to your website?
Please could you provide a link to the page that is not working? @asklandp, @colaintworld, @mightymi, @mafiaga4's websites seem to be working fine for me, while I couldn't find a linked hosting account for @jimv8673.
Thank you,
There was an issue with Level's web server affecting connections on this particular server. I've restarted Level's web server and it now appears to be working again. Thank you for reporting this. :)
Hello methodjs,
On free hosting, backups are the sole responsibility of the customer, not x10's. We recommend that all our customers take their own backups. We explain our inactivity policies further in our Terms of Service.
We make this very clear at signup.
As your account has been...
This looks to be a coding issue. I took a look at your script, and your logdir variable is set to "./logwriter", even though the script is already in logwriter. I'm guessing what's happening here then is it's looking in "/logwriter/logwriter/" for the file. You should probably change the logdir...
Is this Jenkins-CI? If so, that is something that would definitely be for VPS hosting. Jenkins CI is a constantly running script that is used to compile projects. From experience, it can be very resource-intensive.

Hello iSean,
We offer two separate control panels on free hosting currently - the "cPanel x3" and the "x10Hosting Basic" control panels. Whether the title says "x10Hosting Basic" or not is not dependent on what service you have: it is the name of the control panel, as "x10Hosting Basic" is...
Hello,
A few days ago there were some issues with the DNS networking on the free hosting server, "Level". I looked up your account and it seems you may have been affected by this issue. This has since been resolved, so you shouldn't be running into these DNS issues anymore. :)
I would just...
If you're talking about getting a SSL certificate, I'm afraid you will need x10Premium hosting for that with a SSL certificate selected at signup. As far as I am aware a Dedicated IP address is required for SSL to work, so it is impossible to setup a SSL certificate on free hosting.
On both of those domains the nameservers do not seem to be fully propagated to our nameservers.
You can take a look at the following website for information on how much your domain's DNS has progressed:

DNS propagation is out of our control. The issue here is...
@AquariumHobbyist We do offer free hosting 100% free, and we do not "profit" from giving away free hosting. You stated that we somehow profit off "page views", but I really do not see how this is possible. Sure in the past we have run a few adverts on the free hosting forums to aid in costs to...
This is likely due to DNS propagation. The following website provides some useful information on how much DNS has propagated across the web:

@Sakimabear Did you set the nameservers on the domain? I'm not quite sure if just an A record will suffice.
