    Your IP address was in the firewall for 5 failed login attempts to cPanel within just 5 minutes. The firewall rule has now been lifted, but are you having trouble remembering your username and password?

    Lots of CMSs (portals, forum softwares, etc) use caches. I see that your website home site is using Joomla, which does cache certain things. Since it is 3rd party software we can't really help here, but a quick Google search brings up this page.

    Yes, changing your nameservers to those should work. If you haven't already, you will need to add your domain as either a Parked domain or Addon domain in your cPanel :) For more info, please see our wiki article

    MySQL looks to be fine here at the moment. We did have a problem yesterday with Vox's MySQL, but we believe this has now been resolved. Our administration are looking into why this happened. Thank you

    One of the free hosting server's MySQL (VOX) had some difficulties. Everyone on this specific server was unable to access MySQL. This has now been resolved :) Status updates are posted to: http://status.x10hosting.com/

    A suspension should not cause any files to be reverted. Could there be any cache setup on your account that might have overwrote your changes?
