    Please try clearing your cache and flushing your DNS. @northe5: The Account Portal should automatically redirect them to the secure cPanel address on clicking the blue Access cPanel button. Also, we discourage using the insecure 2082 version.

    Hi, just to clarify what northe5 was saying, using Nulled Software is a zero-tolerance suspension therefore unfortunately we do not give second chances. This was clearly stated in the Terms of Service which you read and agreed to when you signed up.

    Why does the login keep looping?

    It appears that your IP address is constantly changing. To prevent session-jacking, our control panel (cPanel) requires that your IP address remains the same. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do as this is a valid security precaution. Please attempt to fix this issue with your ISP.

    If you ever can't access all the files in your home directory, then it is very likely that the server has simply disconnected from it's SAN hard drive (ie. the files are still there, just not connected to the server). :)
