    When you register for a hosting account at http://x10hosting.com/forums, I believe you are automatically generated a separate forum account that you can use for support.

    The phpMyAdmin link in cPanel should not be trying to log you in as root. Is the link taking you straight to that error page, or is it asking you to login? If it is asking you to login, please read the wiki article on MySQL on how to create a MySQL user correctly. :)

    MySQL appears to be fine on Absolut at the moment, and your database seems to be fine here. If you are still having issues, you might want to try deleting & recreating your database user (NOT your actual database) :)

    what can cause this error

    It looks like that your import file (if this is what you were trying to do) has an incorrect SQL entry. The import is trying to create two entries with the same primary ID, which MySQL can't do. I recommend you check your import file to resolve this and remove the conflicting entry.
