As per our TOS chatscripts/shoutboxes are prohibited on free hosting. You apparently had one of those on your site, a staff member spotted that and suspended your account.

TOS applies the same for everyone, no exceptions. Sorry that you made a mistake, but regardless you are responsible for making sure what you upload does not violate the TOS.
