Hello, Sometimes the domain entry remains on one of the nameservers, the cleanupscript failed for some reason at that point. Could be temporary connectivity issues for instance. I have now manually cleared out that domain so you should be able to add it in cPanel as an addon doamain.

There's no software specifically designed to work with wordpress, but the templates consists of php files, so any php editor would do the trick. I have worked on my wordpress themes in notepad++ which has worked well for me.
