For information, you can always use yourdomain.com:2082 for cPanel, so if your site is located at: mysite.x10hosting.com, cPanel can be accessed at: mysite.x10hosting.com:2082

I'm not sure what was said at the time, but it is possible they meant to say that the VIP would be on as long as you had paid hosting, which allowed your free to remain active without logging into the forums. Since you no longer have a paid account, you'll need to login to the forums at least...

Hello, We're looking into it. There's a possible cause, we found an account to be using far to much of the shared resources which have now been suspended. We will keep an eye on Lotus for a bit though to ensure that there's no other issues.

what is your domain? I can ping that to find out server, once I have done that I can change the pass for you directly in our backend.

normally cPanel is accessed by using yourdomain.comt:2082 (where yourdomain would be your actual domain to access the site in a browser) or servername.x10hosting.com:2082 (for instance stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 if your server would be stoli) Your cPanel name is scorpion

The account panel is about to be changed, which would be why you can't login at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php and why there's currently a new login link available on the front page (far as I know that'd be the only place actually suggesting an e-mail for login). Also right now I can not see...
