    For information, you can always use yourdomain.com:2082 for cPanel, so if your site is located at: mysite.x10hosting.com, cPanel can be accessed at: mysite.x10hosting.com:2082

    I'm not sure what was said at the time, but it is possible they meant to say that the VIP would be on as long as you had paid hosting, which allowed your free to remain active without logging into the forums. Since you no longer have a paid account, you'll need to login to the forums at least...

    Hello, We're looking into it. There's a possible cause, we found an account to be using far to much of the shared resources which have now been suspended. We will keep an eye on Lotus for a bit though to ensure that there's no other issues.

    normally cPanel is accessed by using yourdomain.comt:2082 (where yourdomain would be your actual domain to access the site in a browser) or servername.x10hosting.com:2082 (for instance stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 if your server would be stoli) Your cPanel name is scorpion

    Re: cPanel login fail & website has been down for at least 1month now!?!?! It's not certain you are seeing the same problem, in any way you should always start your own thread when requesting support so I'll split the thread.
