Since the files are in fact illegal, it would actually break international copyright laws if we unsuspended your account and allowed you to get a backup. Remember that keeping backups is always your responsibility

try using localhost for server host. Also did you create the database and user through wizard or manually? If the later did you remember to add the user to the database as well?

actually, we prefer to have the thread with all information escalated, so we don't need to ask about the same things that may already be answered in the forums. Had it been this thread I found in ticket area the first time, the matter would have been resolved sooner.

I found a log entry saying that the account labtec was terminated on January 3rd after being suspended for more then 10 days. This was an automated termination. There's no way to re-open that account, you'll need to sign up for a new one if you want.

The account is deleted, however it may take a bit for the system to clear out all parts, this process can not be speeded up.

To answer your initial question. To view a site before a domain is fully operational it's like this: http://servername.x10hosting.com/~cpanelname (in your case: http://boru.x10hosting.com/~xan)

you do know that your cPanel name is NOT the same as your forum name? Just to be sure, are you using baseball to login to the cPanel?
