If you get that when logging into phpmyadmin from cPanel there's definitely something wrong that would require admin attention. Escalating this into ticket area.

I found a report of that account being terminated on July 16th after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days without resolving. There's no way to retrieve data. Remember that keeping backups are always your responsibility

actually the suspension reason is not having a chat, it is using an illegal nulled version of a script. Due to this the suspension will stand.

only other option would be an admin doing it server side. if you need them removed quickly, it might be easier to switch the domain back and remove them.

You should always create your own support thread when you need assistance. I don't even know what wbb3 is, but fact is not all scripts are suitable to be run on a free hosting environment due to the amount of resources they use.
