    I was just now able to successfully login to ftp on fris for my test account. Are you able to login to cPanel? (user and pass would be the same for cPanel and ftp unless you created a separate ftp account from inside cPanel)

    For some accounts that were moved, the passwords got a bit messed up. Please try resetting the password through your account panel. Note that too many failed logins will also (temporary) block you in the firewall, if you are afraid that could have happened please post back for escalation.

    Seems like passwords got a bit messed up in migration, have you tried updating the password through account panel? Note that if you were initially on Absolut the backend may not be fully synced up yet, in which case updating password for cPanel will likely fail.

    Forum names are not changed, it's not as simple as changing the entry in vBulletin as both your forum and hosting accounts usernames are used in our backend systems to be searchable when we want to look up an account.
