Thanks - this is related to https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/emails-not-sending.216126/ then - I was trying to test the email system because it was not working for me - didn't realize my IP would be blocked as a result of this.

I'm able to log into my account, but when I click on Hosting Control Panel the resulting redirect to https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN times out. Additionally, I'm no longer able to access my website via browser URL or FTP. Is x13.x10hosting.com down?
