I'm sorry, but there's something I don't understand. A quick visit to the official site shows that there are no trial versions, lite versions, nor any features that can be added or removed called hacks for the suite.

Linking the hosting and forum account should have happened at sign up for a hosting account. Since you are able to use your forum account to unsuspend the hosting account for inactivity and to keep your hosting account active, then they are already linked together.

Unfortunately, this user can't because he can't log into the account panel. If you haven't logged into these forums for 31 days, then it's possible that it's been terminated for inactivity. An admin is needed to look into this account.

This suspension is part of the Zero Tolerance Policy. Your site will remain suspended and then terminated within 10 days. There will be no backups.
