Can you try clearing your browser's cache and trying again? I don't think there's anything specific to your account that would cause this unless you're using something like Tor or a VPN that would change your IP and force a log out.

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do on our end. Let's encrypt only allows a few hundred certificates a day from x10. This limit is reset every 4 hours and hit again pretty quickly after that. We've been trying to get through all of the users, but there's just so many it's taking a while...
