Your account was on the Illuminated Server. It's a really long story, but these accounts didn't transfer in December 2019 when the software was updated. I'll put in a request to get your account fixed.

Unfortunately, the rate limits from let's encrypt are set in stone by them and we can't lift them. You just have to keep trying. The limit resets every 4 hours, so you can try every few hours to renew.

I'll flag this for the admin team. Not sure what server that is, but it's not the correct one
