First try to login to your Account Panel (upper tab of these forums) using your forum credentials. There you can check your cPanel username (on the left column) and change password if needed (right column).

At the time of neverlate2day original post, you can see the screenshot and where (I think) was the problem. It looked the same in Firefox and IE. I hope neverlate2day would get back and confirm that the problem was solved, that would avoid having others trying to find a non existing problem.

Seems like the right column is not showing properly. So how is it you want this to be displayed?

You can try going to cPanel -> FTP Accounts and create a new FTP account and see if that works. Are you sure you are using the correct credentials? I just checked mine (I’m on lotus server) and they worked just fine.
