Have you tried going to cPanel -> R1Soft ? You can restore your public_html folder from there. For your Database, maybe an adm can help you out.

Are you using Database host: "localhost" Database Name: "pvivekk_opencart" ? If so, you may want to go to cPanel -> phpMyAdmin and make sure the database is there.
