Your site is there it is just having a dns issue. Which is on our end and is being looked into. Once that is resolved the normal cPanel url will work.

You will need to allow permissions so that the "user" can access the DB. This would be done via PHPmyAdmin.

Your site is back up and looks to be working fine now. When you get that type of error it will usually mean the http is down. Staff is rather quick to get it back up and running.

I am getting a 404 error when i use that url. That tells me the page it's calling to does not exist.
