I am not seeing the server offline. Can you show me an error stating otherwise? Not to mention you are not giving details. I do see an issue that i have forwarded to Corey though after further research.

We are working on the issues. When Apache goes offline it's for less than 30 seconds for 99% of the time. This is due to account terminations and the additions of new accounts. So having it send you a text every time it does a "NORMAL" graceful restart seems like would be wasting text time...

No need to register for a forum account. Just a new hosting account once the other one has been terminated.

Have you had the other account deleted? The one on the ad-free server? Also i hope you backed your site up before requesting it to be terminated as we do not keep backups of free accounts.

If you have an ad-free account you will need to request that the account be terminated and create a new one on the ad enhanced server. This needs to be done in the Upgrades/Downgrades/Changes forum.
