I installed SquirrelMail with Softaculous using xo7.x10hosting.com with port 993 with SSL/TLS and was able to successfully log in and check an email account for @kolbys.x10host.com . SquirrelMail is just a PHP IMAP client. I would recommend looking over their code.

Ignore that reply. That was a typo. Try localhost:993 or 127.0.0.1:993 (might be some firewall rule about outbound connections even though it's local). I guess try later versions, I'm not a programmer, just know some things.

Do you have the imap extension enabled in "Select PHP Version"?

It appears there is no SPF record for reports.x10host.com . In cPanel go to the Mail box and then Email Authentication. You should be able to enable it there.

Your logo.gif (which is actually a PNG)( https://phantomvaper.com/store/includes/templates/responsive_classic/images/logo.gif ) is 1 MB at 1570 x 1006 and then gets resized to 500 x 320. I would recommend just using a smaller image for logo.gif . See attached which is 1/10 the file size.

If you want to get your site back up as soon as possible, I would recommend re-creating the account with the same domain and restoring your content from one of your backups.

Also, if you are using Google (or any third-party service) for your mail, make sure to set the Email Routing to "Remote Mail Exchanger" for the domain in the MX Entry section.

In order to add the domain the cPanel, you will need to change the name servers (DNS servers) of the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com You can add MX records using the "MX Entry" tool in the Mail box in cPanel.

Use Cloudflare's; I think using both would defeat the purpose of using Cloudflare. If you are still having issues, reply with your domain.
