There does seem to be something wrong with either Lotus or the DNS nameservers. A lot of people, myself included, are having problems with addon domains vanishing and not being able to reapply them. Your problem could well be related.

Use port 2082 instead of 2083 There are a multitude of reasons why. Mainly, if your files are copied to the new server and then you modify one of the files on the old server, the change will be lost when you switch to the new server.

How many concurrent streams do you currently have it set to? I'm pretty sure you haven't been blacklisted as the firewall would block your access to all services, including access to your websites.

Alternatively, if you could use a cookie to identify your computer, so you would only have to enter a password the first time you use the site. Or, if you have a static IP, you could use that to identify yourself.
