    Ports for MySQL

By default, the port is 3306. However, there is firewall blocking such connections as pointed out.

Question about PHP Sockets opened for minecraft ports

What should be pointed out is that web hosts with shared hosting plans (even paid) are supposed to be mainly use for web hosting. Not for hosting gaming servers. Minecraft would use up a lot of resources and so it would be more suitable for shared hosts who do mainly allow such services or to...

    Parked Domain Problem

Make sure that on Freenom that you are using the custom name servers option with it filled out with the X10 name servers. You might need to check with Freenom in this case. The name servers seem to be set up according to the whois.

I'm I able to make several free accounts!?

Good luck also finding a thousand different disposable email services that would be easily recognisable at a glance.

    Account suspension

I would like to clear a few things up (being straight-forward). 1. Calling any of the staff or volunteers a "bunch of little script kiddies" would not be the correct thing to say (doesn't make sense in this case) nor would it motivate them to bother assisting you (as you previously recognised)...

    What Is This !

Something I forgot to mention: These sorts of bots most of the time would attempt attacks. This happens everywhere and fortunately they appear to fail majority of the time. This can be code injection in attempt to get the server your site is on to download a malicious file from their end to...

I'm I able to make several free accounts!?

In addition to what was posted above, there are exceptions but that really does depend on the situation and you would need to contact X10 beforehand to avoid any issues. You are not stopped from creating accounts for a reason, though I think it would be ideal to not state the reasons here.

    Substantial Link Ban

What this means is that it was found that your account is linked in some way to previously created/accessed X10 free hosting accounts that have went against the Terms of Service.

    What Is This !

It does look like someone is either using a proxy or a bot to access your site via a web host. It is quite the norm to see such IPs show up.

    Cant find .htaccess

Before you enter the file manager, there would be a prompt. The prompt would offer the option to show hidden files '.*' which is what the .htaccess file would go under. If you had already checked this then chances are that the file does not exist in the directory you are looking at.

    mod_security on free accounts

In mod_security2, you cannot change or disable mod_security2 via the .htaccess file.

    phpVMS

Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with the software itself. (This in fact affects many sites using the same software.) The solution would be to downgrade to PHP 5.3 but that does not seem to be an option here. So, I guess the software would have to be considered not supported. Edit: you...

There is a problem with your request

According to the StopForumSpam database, there were IP spam reports to do with your current IP but it was around 4 months ago since the last report went in. Such reports are also on AbuseIPDB and Bruteforcers.net. (Both also from months ago.) If you are not responsible for this, it is likely...

Can't park a domain with cloudflare

You need to add the domain with the x10 nameservers set first. After you do that, you may change it back to the ones that your CF account has been assigned to. They can be found here: https://x10hosting.com/wiki/Nameservers If I recall correctly, you can just add those NS records and delete...

    Need Help

It looks like Revolution Slider (2.4.1) could be allowing this according to the exploit EDB-ID 35385 (Google it, not linking to the site with the details just in case). 'Hello Dolly' looks to have some dodgy history so that might also need looking at.

So My site got suspended over 2 weeks ago

Do note that it is not being said that your current suspended account has been hosting such content. Rather, the account(s) you supposedly been previously accessing had the illegal software stored on them.

    Request rejected by xVarnish-WAF.

It does appear to work correctly when not using a proxy. It seems that the site linked on this thread now works (though it redirects to *.x10host.com).

    Request rejected by xVarnish-WAF.

That is very odd. I tried visiting a different site on X10 and that shows up when using a proxy. In your case, it looks as if it would be there no matter what..

This looks like something new. Are you using a proxy or VPN by any chance?
