Apparently they are rejecting the email because the sending domain isn't on their list of allowed senders. Considering the domain you are sending to, do you have to configure it to accept specific domains? The problem is apparently on spamavert's end, not x10hosting's.

Clear your browser cache and history. Browsers cache css files for efficiency purposes and can be a pain when you are trying to check page/css/javascript changes. If you are using a CMS script, use it to clear any server-side cache. Also, turn off any .css file aggregating for awhile.
