Just a quick note to add to what DeadBattery said, at the moment with all the maintainence I've seen accounts on a zero tolerance suspension for longer than 14 days. We don't expedite the erasing process so while it normally is 10-14d, it might be longer.

It's attached to the vBulletin name lorenz, but otherwise appears to be in working order. My guess is that's the issue - wrong username for logging into the AIP :)

Resolved the suspension, it's throwing an SQL Error though. Head into cPanel, click on Remote MySQL under Databases. Add int.fris.x10hosting.com to the remote server list and see if it fixes that.

Fix'd; the migration was done but it looks like yours didn't unsuspend properly. It should be working now though.

You uploaded a phishing site in violation of US Law and in violation of the x10hosting TOS and Acceptable Use Policy, hence you were suspended. Your account will eventually be erased, but we don't expedite the erasing process once you've violated the TOS.

I apologize; deadbattery didn't realize you're the same guy he informed was phishing and permanently suspended. Because of that, we don't expedite your account termination. It'll get terminated in due time but we don't do special requests once you've broken the TOS that badly.

The other reason is x10 is using a different migration system than before which moved all accounts and then unpacked them; this one's unpacking as they get moved, so you won't have to wait for the entire migration to be done before the account comes back.
