Cept if you're on anything but VPS - PaidShared it's enabled by request -only-, and on free hosting (the hosting the original poster is on), it's never enabled.

Escalating this one up; I tried to unsuspend to reverify and it's kicking back the suspended error page anyways. Staff are gunna have to work that part and see if they can reverify if it's in an iframe or not and whether it's still in violation or not.

It still violated their license which, in turn, meant it violated the x10hosting TOS and resulted in the suspension. As much as it's a simple thing to forget, it's still against the TOS.

It's perfect english cause the account isn't showing it should be suspended. I'm going to escalate this one up; I did try unsuspending it again but it's still saying suspended when you try to view it, so staff need to look and see if they can figure what's causing it.

Per an Admin who unsuspended to see what the reason was because Junk didn't make sense. This is zero tolerance and while normally you can request a re-review, that has already been done and it was still found to be in violation of the TOS/Acceptable Use Policy, so it's suspended permanently.

Given the response here I'll escalate it up for staff to further review. My concern is the EULA for the software clearly indicated it cannot be redistributed. That's why I suspended it. Edit: The file was also 1.3gb and could still be under the File Hosting policy of x10hosting.
