Derek's last line doesn't really apply in this case; that suspension reason pretty much means the highest admin on x10hosting, the owner, witnessed the violation and suspended you permanently. Given that it was done -by him-, there's not really anything you can do.

Minor addition, I've seen some accounts on suspension longer than 14 days, presumably due to the migration and other work being done on the server. 10-14 is the norm, however we're not doing special requests if it should end up going longer than that.

Tried unsuspending it (was going to do a second check but that's the explanation I think they wanted); the main domain is still throwing a suspended page so I'm going to escalate this up so staff can get that part repaired so the site works again.
