    We do daily backups, but they are for restoring the entire server in case of a server crash and things like that and not meant for restoring specific files/accounts only.

    You will need to create a new account, you have not attempted to login a any time since January 2021, there's no account to get a password reset for at this time. There is a requirement to login at least once every 30 days to keep the account active.

    That would not be a valid domain name. The error code says you were temp blocked for attempting a bad domain name. I can also see you have an active service setup by now, so that would mean the temp block has been lifted.
