    SFTP will not be possible since that uses SSH (which is not available on free hosting). Due to this the firewall did block you for failed SSH logins. I have removed the block from the firewall. Make sure to use regular FTP as to avoid a block for failed SSH again.

    You can always upload using FTP rather then the file manager, no file size restriction there (but keep in mind that files larger then 10mb can be automatically pruned as per ToS after a certain amount of time on the server, so don't leave the backup for too long without using it).

    You can alter those settings under "Extra Features" -> "Select PHP Versions". You will need to use any PHP version that is NOT the native, then under options you can set those values to be higher.

    You'll want to check the MX records over at cloudflare, did a lookup with intoDNS: MX Records Oh well, I did not detect any MX records so you probably don't have any and if you know you should have then they may be missing at your nameservers! You need proper MX to receive emails.
