Resolved I can't access to DirectAdmin

Took a look, and by the looks your account got corrupted in the transfers, DirectAdmin does not fully recognize the user, although it does exist. Sending this to head admin for re-transfer as that would be the best solution.

    Resolved Apache is functioning normally

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not advised. During end of first week in March, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login...

    Resolved Apache is functioning normally

I'm still waiting for reply from the head admin, but it would appear his availability is a bit limited nowdays.

Most proxies would also be blocked, to prevent bypassing certain rules (we can not provide service in all countries for various reasons). A sudden change of country (common with proxies) would also cause a block on the account. The most recent IP used for posting was blacklisted in...

Resolved Apache is functioning normally after changing spam website

Since you have removed/renamed the ippd.x10.mx domain, it does no longer point to your account, so having that response (Apache is functioning normally) is to be expected in that case. That short notice is the default when the server does not have a matching configuration for the domain that...

    Resolved Cloudflare

You are absolutely allowed to use Cloudflare services. You would need to have your own custom domain though for it to work properly, you need to be using their name servers

    Resolved create domain

No, just creating the folder will not create a domain, it will merely create a folder extra. You would need to add it through DirectAdmins interface, under domain setup (there's a button called "Add New"). This also verifies that the domain is not already in use with any other account.

    Resolved DirectAdmin Login Duration

The session time out was at 60 minutes, I doubled that, hope that helps. Issues may also occur when the session cookie expires too soon due to a configuration issue with date on either server or the local computer, so if it happens randomly and frequently that may be something that needs to be...

    Resolved DirectAdmin Login Duration

The main difference is that cPanel actually had indefinite session (meaning it never expired), I'll take a look at what the session time is set at, and if needed increase it a little.

    Resolved Apache is functioning normally

If it would come to the point where no backups are available any more (which at some point will be true, we can't keep them indefinitely), the only thing you could do would be wait until you can get a new account and upload any backups you have stored locally. Normally the backup responsibility...
