    Have you updated filezilla to reflect that your account is now on a new server after the migrations? Do you get any errors, if so what? Ps. I would not rely on an email as the sole reminder to login once every 30 days, the requirement is there even if mails for any reason would not go out.

    There is no more cPanel, we now use DirectAdmin. There is a requirement to login every 30 days to keep an account active, failing to do so may result in a termination (deletion) of account. This was the case with your account. The account is restored.

    The better option would be to login to Cloudflare, and disable the proxy that way, but still keeping the DNS, as that way we can see in what end the problem lies and what information they have on their name servers, should be a simple switch in their dns manager.
