Resolved Accidentally changed url and can’t change it back

Worked fine when I tried it in the incognito mode, so it may also be in the browser cache.

Resolved Accidentally changed url and can’t change it back

That looks just fine. In the top row, you have an option for cache, clicking that allows for purging (that forces cloudflare to get the fresh set from our servers

Resolved Cannot access WP control panel

Assuming that plugin is the cause, it would be more or less instant, however I see you use cloudflare on the custom domain, have you also updated the DNS on their site to reflect that you are now on a new server? Seeing as cloudflare is involved, have you tried clearing the cache on their site...

Resolved Accidentally changed url and can’t change it back

I found the underlying problem, when you made that change in your wordpress settings, the domain was actually pointed to the old server (on the database there it has the wrong domain entered). You should be able to safely turn cloudflare back on now that it points to the correct place...

Resolved Accidentally changed url and can’t change it back

It might actually solve it if you go to the cache button and purges cloudflare cache. As I said previously, the database in your account does actually hold the right information

Resolved Accidentally changed url and can’t change it back

It now responds to ping, but is definitely using cloudflare proxy. On the cloud icon click the cloud so it gets grey, do not remove the row, that bypasses the proxy and allows me to see where the redirect is actually done.

Resolved Accidentally changed url and can’t change it back

You do lack some parts on there. There should at least be an A record for the domain that points to 198.91.81.12 This is the first row for my cloudflare, the lack of A record is likely why I can not ping the domain properly.

Resolved Accidentally changed url and can’t change it back

As far as I can see, the domain amakerslibrary.com still uses cloudflare proxy, though I can right now not even ping it from my own computer. Could you please take a screenshot of the settings at cloudflare?

Resolved How login to phpmyadmin and ftp

Phpmyadmin uses automated login from DirectAdmin, though the link under "Extra Features" sometimes fail on that part, there is also a link under "MySQL Management" that usually works better. For ftp: Host: x12.x10hosting.com Username: Your account username. Can be seen under "Quick FTP"...

Resolved Permissions or Write Issues I guess

There were two possible problems, one was permissions was off, most of the folders/files I checked had 777 which may work but is making the folders writable for the world and poses a security threat. I corrected this. The other thing was your account was over quota, possibly by accidentally...

Resolved Cannot access WP control panel

For script specific support you would need to contact the script vendor, in this case wordpress. Although I use wordpress myself, I never used any two factor authentication for it so I can not advice on how to remove that,

Resolved Enter FTP credentials to proceed....

You would need to login to your account with cloudflare, click the domain in question, then under DNS you will find what information they have for your domain. Any place where you have an IP and want the url to point to our server you would need to edit so the IP says: 198.91.81.12

Resolved HELP!! Can’t Access Control Panel Backend For Website or Website Itself!

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not adviced. Two weeks ago, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the...

Resolved Cannot upload via FTP "Read-only file system"

By using the same ftp settings, depending on setting, you may be attempting to upload to the old server. If you use the server address (xo#.x10hosting.com) for instance, you would need to update that to reflect the new server you are on which is: x12.x10hosting.com I also noticed that your...
