Your sites load quickly and easily for me. Any issues tend to usually pass within 48 hours. May I suggest that if you require better reliability, you should consider upgrading to Illuminated or Premium. It is a free service, after all. :)

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you-I could have phrased that better. I mean that chat scripts take a lot of resources in comparison to the odd query a CMS would use, like Joomla etc. That's what I meant by a "proper" site. :)

They're not allowed because of the amount of MySQL queries they take, which consumes server resources very quickly, making the experience worse for users who want the resources for running "standard" types of sites, such as those running CMSs. :)

Your site loads fine for me. Please try clearing your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.

Sorry. This is zero tolerance, permanent suspension. That means no backups; as was explained before.

Your account is permanently suspended for spamming. This is a zero tolerance violation of the ToS, so your account will not be unsuspended. You should have read the Terms of Service.
