yeah, cPanel does not show the size of the database, we had to remove that function to keep the mysql servers stable, so just ignore that bit of information in cPanel. You should be able to get the database connection to work now, your remote database access hosts table was missing one entry...

Please do note that both the database and the database user is prefixed with your cpanel name, you will need to use that full database name and user when configuring the script. Given the information in your post, the database name would be: warbird1_hawx and the user would be: warbird1_root
