The domain should now work properly, it does from my end. Did you by any chance use the option under Domain Setup in DirectAdmin to suspend the domain itself at some point? By what I could see it appeared the domain itself was suspended this way, but did not properly show as such in DirectAdmin.

You would either upload by using DirectAdmins file manager (as archive would be easiest with this option and then extract on the server), or by connecting through FTP, the server address would be your hostname, the username for the service (randomized on creation of service, seen as ******* @...

Blank screen often indicates a php error, it is possible that you would need to change the PHP version used on your account (the default version on the new servers differ from the default on the old ones). You'll find this option under "Extra Features" in DirectAdmin. The error log would hold...

That indicates you were trying to create a service with a disallowed domain name, the block was temporary and should have been removed by now.

There is no information about a previous account linked with the forum account you post from. I'd need the username of your account to be able to check weather or not it is possible to recover.
